As Dr Jacopo Bonotto explains in the interview, at Hot Form we produce food packaging using the thermoforming technique, a process that starts with recycled plastic: RPET.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using our in-house machinery, we extrude the material into reels that are then processed to create customised trays used by our customers in the food industry. Every stage of production, from design to final manufacture, is controlled to ensure maximum customisation and quality. We are also able to create customised food packaging, meeting our customers&#8217; specific requirements in terms of shape, size and colour.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The added value of our production process is its efficiency. In fact, the waste generated during production is not disposed of, but reground and reintroduced into the production cycle, leading to zero waste management.
